GolPulse Privacy Policy
GolPulse is operated by YUJIA SONG ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the GolPulse iOS app collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use account and football analytics features.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use GolPulse. By signing in, viewing analysis, or continuing to use the service, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the GolPulse iOS app with bundle identifier com.golpulse.app. The iOS app communicates with the GolPulse backend at https://football.threeradius.com. The iOS app does not connect directly to Supabase; Supabase authentication and database operations are handled by the backend.
GolPulse iOS accounts and analysis history are separate from the Web and Huawei versions and are not merged or transferred across those platforms unless we explicitly provide such a feature in the future.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Contact Information
We may collect your email address when you sign in with Apple or Google. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose Hide My Email, Apple may provide a private relay email address instead of your personal email address.
When Apple provides your name during the first authorization, we may store that name as account metadata to personalize your account display and support account management. Apple may provide the name only once.
2.2 Identifiers
We collect and store a user ID or account ID to connect your sign-in session with analysis history, settings, and security events.
2.3 Analysis History and Saved Activity
When you view football analysis, we may process fixture IDs, response status, generated analysis content, and timestamps needed to provide the service, support offline cache, and troubleshoot failures. The app may also store saved analysis history and favorite fixture IDs so you can return to prior app activity.
2.4 Local Reminders, Settings, and Offline Cache
If you enable match reminders, the app may schedule local notifications on your device using fixture IDs, team names, and kickoff times. The app may also store settings such as notification preferences, offline cache preferences, and cached fixture, article, or analysis responses on your device.
2.5 Diagnostics and Security Logs
We may process app version, device model, operating system version, network status, backend response status, error logs, and security records to keep the app working, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, and protect accounts.
3. App Store Privacy Summary
For App Store privacy disclosures, GolPulse iOS data practices include the following:
- Contact Info: Name and Email Address.
- Identifiers: User ID.
- App Activity: Analysis history, favorites, reminders, and settings used for app functionality.
- Purpose: App Functionality, including login, account management, authentication, security, settings, reminders, favorites, and analysis history.
- Linked to User: Yes, account and analysis records may be linked to your user account.
- Tracking: No, we do not use this data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
4. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- create and authenticate your account;
- keep you signed in and secure your session;
- provide football fixtures, analytics, local reminders, settings, favorites, and analysis history;
- save and display analysis history connected to your iOS account;
- respond to support or account requests;
- diagnose crashes, network failures, and backend errors;
- comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect users, the service, and our rights.
5. Service Providers
We use service providers only as needed to operate GolPulse. These providers may process data on our behalf:
- Apple services, including Sign in with Apple;
- Google login services when you choose Google sign-in;
- Bitstripe and supporting backend hosting for app APIs;
- Aliyun OSS or related hosting for public legal documents;
- football data and content providers used to deliver fixtures and analysis.
We do not authorize these providers to use your data for advertising tracking or to sell it to data brokers.
6. Data Storage and Security
The app stores limited local data such as Keychain session tokens, settings, favorite fixture IDs, offline cache, notification settings, and scheduled local reminder information on your device. Backend data is processed through https://football.threeradius.com. Data may be transferred to and processed in regions where the backend and service providers operate.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS, access controls, least-privilege access, and server-side validation, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We keep account, settings, security, and analysis records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve support requests, comply with law, prevent abuse, and support account security. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed unless a longer retention period is required for legal, security, audit, or dispute reasons.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You can sign out from the app, clear offline cache in settings, turn match reminders on or off, remove scheduled match reminders from match detail pages, manage notification permission in iOS Settings, or uninstall the app to remove local app data from your device.
To request access, correction, deletion, or other handling of backend account data, contact us through the developer contact information shown on the App Store listing. We may need to verify your identity and retain certain records where required for abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
9. Children
GolPulse is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority in your location, use GolPulse only with guidance and consent from a parent or legal guardian. If a parent or guardian believes a child provided personal information without consent, please contact us through the App Store developer contact information.
10. Sports Analytics Disclaimer
GolPulse provides statistical football analysis for informational and research purposes only. It does not provide professional, financial, or guaranteed-outcome advice. Do not use GolPulse analysis as a guarantee of any sports result or financial outcome.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our features, service providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. If changes are material, we may notify you in the app or ask you to review the updated Privacy Policy before continued use.
